Q. What hours can I access my storage unit? 
A. The facility can be accessed 7-days/week between 6:30 am and 9 pm.

Q. Do I receive a lock when I rent a unit? 
A. To ensure you are the only one with access to your items, we require customers to supply their own locks. For your convenience, we sell locks for $10.

Q. Will my rent be prorated? 
A. We will prorate your first month's rent. The proration will be reflected on your second month's billing statement. We do not prorate the last month's rent.

Q. What is climate controlled? 
A. Climate control is a feature that we offer at many of our facilities around the country. Our climate controlled units maintain a temperature of 55 to 85 degrees. Severe hot or cold weather can damage items stored in units, this feature helps protect your belongings from extreme temperatures.

Q. Are there any fees for renting a unit? 
A. Yes, there is a one-time administrative fee of $5 payable when with your first month's rent.

Q. What do I do when I want to move-out? 
A. Please call, text or email the manager and notify them of the date you wish to move-out. If you fail to notify the manager you may be billed for additional months.

Q. How long is the rental agreement? 
A. Most agreements are month-month. There are some promotional offers that require longer lease terms. Please refer to your lease agreement for specific details.

Q. Do you provide dollies or carts to help me move my things? 
A. Dollies and hand carts are available at many of our facilities to aid in your move-in and move-out processes.

Q. When is rent due? 
A. Rent is always due on the 1st of each month.

Q. Do you offer storage for RV/Camper/Car/Motorcycle parking? 
A. We do not have exterior parking for large items. Motorcycles, cars, snowmobiles, boats, etc may be stored in our units. Please check with us for height clearances.
